A Sales Workspace Built Around Clarity
NovaFlow explores how a custom CRM can reduce the friction created by disconnected forms, spreadsheets and messaging tools. The concept centers on a clean daily workspace where each sales representative can see new leads, overdue actions, active opportunities and expected revenue without searching through several screens.
The information architecture prioritizes pipeline movement and accountability. Lead source, owner, next action and deal stage remain visible, while secondary details stay available when needed. The project demonstrates a practical path for integrating website enquiries, WhatsApp conversations and automated reminders into one controlled process.

Designed as a Scalable Product System
Reusable cards, tables, filters and activity patterns form a consistent design system for desktop and tablet use. Permission-aware views support managers and representatives without duplicating the product. The prototype includes empty, loading and error states so the experience remains understandable beyond ideal demo data.
This is an Azuriya Tech concept project, not a claim of delivered client results. It demonstrates our approach to workflow mapping, dashboard hierarchy and custom CRM product design. A real implementation would begin with the client’s pipeline, user roles, data migration needs and required integrations.
