Connecting the Office and the Field
FieldOps provides dispatchers with a clear schedule, job status and technician availability while giving field teams a focused mobile workflow. The concept reduces repeated phone calls by making assignments, location details, checklists and customer notes available in one place.
Technicians can record arrival, completion, materials and photographic evidence with limited typing. The office sees updates in context and can identify delayed or blocked jobs. Customer notifications are tied to real job status rather than sent as disconnected manual messages.

Designed for Unreliable Working Conditions
Large tap targets, strong contrast and concise screens support outdoor and mobile use. The workflow anticipates weak connectivity by distinguishing saved, pending and synchronized information. Manager views aggregate completion times, recurring issues and workload without overwhelming technicians with unnecessary reporting.
FieldOps is a concept project that demonstrates Azuriya Tech’s approach to field-service workflow design. It is not a live deployment. Production planning would require scheduling rules, offline strategy, mapping, user permissions and integration with existing customer or billing systems.
